Generally, anything I am uncomfortable drawing.Important Info:
More complicated characters will cost more depending on how complex they are.
If you want more than one character in one piece, each character is the original price multiplied by the number of characters.
Users of Paypal must pay tax on their commission.
(Ex: fully shaded fullbodies of three characters together would be $135 dollars; $40x3)

These terms apply to any transaction made with me in exchange for art.
Information in this T.O.S. may be repeated for the sake of clarification.
I do not consent to the usage of my artwork for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), or any blockchain-related usage.
I do not consent to the usage of my artwork for the use of training any type of artificial intelligence. (AI)
I do not consent to the usage of my artwork for commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
50% of your payment is non-refundable.
I will fix mistakes in my artwork free of charge at any stage of the commissioning process.
I am open to making changes within reason within a 3-day timeframe of the commission being completed. After this 3-day timeframe, I will be unwilling to make any changes to any artwork.Due to various policies at my school, I am virtually unreachable from 8:30 AM to 4:10 PM (CDT) on weekdays. I also cannot work on art in this timeframe. These hours may change based on extracurricular activities, personal reasons, etc.II. Transactions and RefundingTransactions:
I accept multiple forms of payment. Transactions involving real-world currency will be issued via invoice if possible.
The full amount owed is expected upfront before I start your commission unless stated otherwise.
50% of your overall payment is considered a down payment. Down payments are non-refundable, and cannot be refunded
Users of Paypal must pay tax on their commission.
I do not accept refunds after artwork is fully completed.Cancellations:
You can cancel your commission/purchase at any point in the commission for any reason.
You will not be refunded your down payment if you cancel at any point.
You are not allowed to use any unfinished work for any reason.
If you go silent for an unreasonable amount of time, I will discontinue work on artwork until receiving a response.
If I cancel your commission due for any reason, you will be refunded in full.
Refunds are only issued if requested.Refusal of service:
I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.Reasons may include;
-Rude or foul behavior.
-Discriminatory opinions or behavior. (i.e. homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, any sort of bigotry, etc.)
-Collision of beliefs.
-Inability to produce a product. (i.e. a species I can't draw, a design I can't replicate, etc.)
-Any other/undisclosed reason.III. WatermarkingI will not remove a watermark from artwork for any reason.
You cannot remove my watermark from my work for any reason.
You cannot crop out my watermark from my work.
I am willing to resize watermarks depending on the artwork.
I will not change the opacity of watermarks.
All WIPs will be watermarked.IV. Client requirementsI will not do art of a design with only a written description. You must be able to provide at least one high-quality reference photo of the character you choose to commission, preferably an official reference of said character.
I will not hold spots in my queue or commission slots for any reason.
You must come with payment ready if you desire to commission me.

Due to the difficulty of keeping a consistent portfolio of my art on my website, as well as asset limits for my website provider, I cannot provide an on-website view of my art.I have all my art from 2017 to current day in this Google Drive. Some of my older art is lost, but everything from 2022 onward is comprehensive.
